Likewise, if you have a group that would like to take a class, special dates and rates will be made to accommodate you! Do you have a group or some friends that would enjoy a private tea tasting party? Gather them together and we will do the rest!

Come on an evening stroll through my gardens! Look at what we have growing, discuss natural pest control, harvesting, freezing, and drying. Come with questions, and we will discuss! Yummy, summertime drinks will be served!

This is a basic, beginner gardening class, topics include raised bed gardening, soil, pH, reading seed packets, and how to plan your gardens to get the most out of the space you have! Succession planting and close-cropping will be explained, as well as my recommendations on seed starting vs. buying plants.
***FALL class will include what you can and should be doing now to prepare for next year.
**This class will run at least 4 times a year.

This 201 class is for the more seasoned gardener. Topics include composting, in-depth succession and close crop planting. We will discuss specific plants, organic pest control, and depending on the size of the class- personal garden bed layout assistance.
Medicinal Tea Workshop
Sunday, April 28th at 1 p.m.
Come spend a few hours tasting Bittersweet's homegrown, homemade tea. Watch how we make our tea from our dried stock of organic herbs, and discuss everything TEA! Class will cover how to grow and dry herbs to make your own basic teas.
Hands-on class that will teach you how to make two popular, immune boosting, vinegar-based tonics. (fire cider and 4 thieves). Each participant will make and take home one large mason jar of each tonic, while learing how and why they are good for you! Bring a friend to this fun, interactive class!
